## What we do

### Project ownership assistance

Express the need, write the specifications, consult and compare providers.

### Project management assistance

Technical choices, delivery follow-up, acceptance testing before go-live.

### Going digital

Move a service or procedure online without losing the people who use it.

### Website redesign

Structure, content, search visibility, languages: a website that serves your visitors.

## How we run a project

Clear stages and a single point of contact from start to finish.

### Scoping

Understand your goals, your constraints and the people who will use the tool.

### Specifications

Write down precisely what must be done, and how it will be checked.

### Choosing solutions

Compare offers and tools, including those that already exist.

### Delivery follow-up

Track progress, make decisions, keep to the schedule.

### Testing and go-live

Check every point of the specifications, then open to the public.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can you build the website too?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can design, develop and host it, or support you with the provider of your choice.

### Do you work with local authorities?

Yes. Several of our platforms are used by town councils, and we know their constraints: public procurement, accessibility, data protection.
